Established in 1976, this company mainly handles all activities related to ship building, repair, operations, transport and stevedoring. Our goal is to provide all services related to transportation of ore from jetties to the port through inland waters. We have our own jetty where the ore can be stored and our own barges which are used to transfer the ore to the required port. We have our shipyard where we make barges and carry out repairs. - We have our own shipyards and were the first to build a barge in Goa.
- We have been making barges of the highest quality.
- We operate our own fleet of barges for transport of ore from jetties to port
- We are in continuous process of up-gradation of our facilities and technology
- We usually maintain a fleet of 10,000 tons DWT of barges by constantly replacing older barges with new ones.
- We have the capacity to make marine vessels of upto 100 Mtrs X 15Mtrs in our yard and modules for vessels bigger than this size.

Apart from the Shipping business we entered into Renewable energy and are having 7.35 MW wind power installation in Maharashtra and Karnataka state.
